Schedule an Interventional Radiology Procedure
Scheduling for an Interventional Cardiovascular or Interventional Neuroradiology procedure will be completed by the referring physician's office.
The referring physician faxes a completed radiology requisition to:

- (310) 267-1923, Neuroradiology scheduler
The scheduler will call patient to discuss the date and time of procedure.
